Reverse Recycling manages all waste and recycling services for every location by becoming your single point of contact . Our call center is open between 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. PST . All service requests from the onset of the request, all the way through the successful completion of the requests are taken care of by our Customer Care Team . This allows your personnel the freedom to focus on the many other important day to day responsibilities that take time and focus.

Our Account Management Team will begin analyzing all service levels as soon as Reverse Recycling begins managing your waste stream. We will identify opportunities to reduce your costs through sustainable solutions. After modifying service levels to accommodate increased recycling , we will begin negotiating new rates for both trash and recycling with new and existing service providers.

ZERO COST PROGRAM:

Fees for our services are based on a percentage of the cost savings achieved during this process. Therefore, it is our mission to provide the most aggressive cost saving sustainable solutions possible for our clients.

We then work directly with the key personnel at each location to implement all service level changes.

Equipment Optimization: Reverse Recycling will facilitate the delivery and installation of any equipment necessary to maximize the recycling potential. From desk side collection containers, toters, front load bins, roll-off containers, trailers, compactors and balers… we know what it takes to make it happen.

Invoice Consolidation: Reverse Recycling’s software program allows invoices and statements from all vendors to be received and processed for payment under one consolidated statement from Reverse Recycling.
